Outside Sales Reps Wanted — Up to $500 per closed lead.

Door-to-door in Toronto/GTA. $240 per closed audit + $260 conversion bonus. 100% commission. Independent contractor. 3 niches launching now — 1 rep per niche.

The role

You own your niche. You own your ceiling.

You canvass owner-operated small businesses in the GTA — dental clinics, medical offices, or auto repair shops — and close them on a $240 CEO Audit. The audit is a 15-min on-site diagnostic you run on an iPad, followed by a 60–90 min Founder Call with Artem. You book the customer, collect payment via tap-to-pay, and you're done. Artem closes the downstream solution.

  • Door-to-door. Owner-operator businesses. Decision-maker on site during business hours.
  • One niche. One GTA territory. No competition with other reps.
  • Set your own hours. Min 50 doors/week to stay active.
  • We hand you a script, objection bank, iPad demo, and a ride-along before your first solo door.
The pay

Two-stage commission. Up to $500/converted lead.

Every lead pays you twice if it converts: once at the door when the audit closes, and once when the customer signs an AIOS solution after the Founder Call. You earn the floor whether or not the customer buys more.

Stage-1 — Audit Commission

Paid when you close a $240 audit deposit at the door. Earned after the 10-day Ontario CPA cooling-off period clears (Day 11). Paid next bi-weekly Friday. Average lag from door: 14–18 days.

Yours regardless of whether the customer converts to a solution.

Stage-4 — Conversion Bonus

Added when the customer signs a Foundation Layer or Quick Win solution after the Founder Call. Earned when their 50% solution payment clears + 14-day no-chargeback window. Paid next bi-weekly Friday.

Artem closes the Founder Call — your quality leads determine your Stage-4 rate.

Target economics (top performer)
  • 50 doors/week × 4 weeks = 200 doors/month
  • 25% qualified → 50 audits/month | 40% close rate → 20 deposits/month
  • 20 × $240 Stage-1 = $4,800/month
  • 60% solution conversion = 12/month × $260 Stage-4 = $3,120/month
  • ~$7,920/month · ~$95,000/year at target performance

Realistic Year-1: $50–75k while you learn. Base pay draw available after your 10th close.

  • AI-curious. You don't need to be technical. You need to ask, listen, and frame the offer.
  • Toronto/GTA based with a reliable car preferred.
  • Opinionated about your niche. You can walk into a dental office or auto shop and not look out of place.

Bonus: prior D2D/outside sales experience, or prior experience inside one of the 3 niches. Bilingual (EN/FR, EN/Mandarin, EN/Punjabi) is a significant GTA advantage.

Is there a base salary?

Not for your first 10 Stage-1 closes. After you earn 10 audit commissions, you become eligible for a $500/week recoverable draw advance against future commissions. Base pay is a reward for proven performance, not a starting-line subsidy.

When do I get paid?

Bi-weekly via Stripe Connect Express direct deposit. Stage-1 ($240) pays on the next bi-weekly Friday after Day 11 post-close (after the 10-day Ontario cooling-off period). Stage-4 ($260) pays on the next bi-weekly Friday after the customer's 50% solution payment clears the 14-day no-chargeback window.

What if Artem doesn't close the Founder Call?

Your $240 Stage-1 commission is yours regardless — you earned it when the customer paid the audit deposit. The $260 Stage-4 bonus requires Artem to close the Founder Call into a solution. His conversion rate is the variable. We'll be transparent about it. Quality leads help — bring genuinely interested owners, not volume.

Do I need sales experience?

Prior D2D or outside sales is a bonus but not required. We train you with a script, objection bank, iPad demo, and a ride-along with Artem before your first solo door. The filter is hunger and niche fit, not a resume.

Am I an employee?

No. You are an independent contractor. You own your hours, your niche, and your ceiling. You receive a T4A annually. If you cross $30k in annual earnings, you are legally required to register for HST — we will remind you.

What equipment do I need?

BYOD — bring your own iPad, iPhone XS+, or Android phone/tablet capable of running a PWA. No company hardware is provided at launch. The field app (field.apexrunai.com) runs offline-first, so spotty shop wifi is not a problem.
